00:07 The general public of Pakistan is more or less of the same opinion.

00:10 When they are faced with institutions where they have to bribe and face corruption,

00:17 which institutions in Pakistan are the most corrupt and bribe-ridden?

00:22 According to the transparency survey, the police department is number one in Pakistan.

00:32 The tender and contract department is second, the court department is third,

00:38 the education department is fourth, the health department is fifth,

00:46 the local government is sixth, the land administration is seventh, the customs and excise department is eighth.

00:54 According to the transparency survey, 68% of the people believe that

00:58 the national level is used for political revenge.

01:04 47% of the people believe that corruption is the main obstacle in the path of development of Pakistan.

01:11 According to the transparency survey, 55% of the people believe that

01:16 the government should upload the statements of the people on the website to stop corruption.

01:22 62% of the people believe that corruption and corrupt practices are also the reason for environmental degradation.

01:28 67% of the people believe that the local and provincial governments do not take any advice from them

01:35 when making policies to combat environmental change.

01:40 When people were asked which institution was the most bribed in the past 12 months,

01:47 and what was its balance, the results were as follows.

01:50 The most bribed institutions were the utilities department,

01:57 public education institutes, public health institutes,

02:01 the civil service department, the identification department, the land administration, police departments,

02:13 and the judiciary.

02:15 So, if you look at the average expenditure of the people in bribing,

02:24 you will see that the situation in this country is very sad.

02:28 The justice department is at number 3 and the chief justice of this country is also responsible for this.

02:34 He once did a small survey in front of the audience on September 24, 2022.

02:39 He asked who is it? He raised his hand and said that he is satisfied with the justice department.
