00:05 It's still a hot and humid weather in a large part of our country.

00:09 It's the end of the Easter lease or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean.

00:14 If you notice in our latest satellite animation,

00:17 there will be only a few experiences of rain, more on localized thunderstorms only.

00:21 These are yellow and red colors.

00:24 Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation,

00:27 aside from the clouds in the Central Pacific Ocean,

00:31 we don't see any weather disturbance that will be brought by the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the next 3 days.

00:39 Because of the Easter lease, the weather is expected to be hot in a large part of Luzon,

00:44 which is accompanied by partly cloudy skies in the eastern portions,

00:49 in the Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region,

00:52 while fair weather conditions or mostly sunny in many areas of Luzon, including Metro Manila.

00:58 Almost like the weather conditions as yesterday Sunday,

01:01 there were only isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the eastern side.

01:05 And we expect that the hot and humid weather will reach the afternoon.

01:09 It's possible that the air temperature will reach 33 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, Isabela,

01:15 up to Metro Manila and a large part of Palawan.

01:20 To our fellow citizens in Visayas,

01:22 we expect that almost like the weather conditions as yesterday,

01:25 partly cloudy and partly sunny skies, especially in the central and western portions of Visayas,

01:30 partly cloudy skies most of the time in the eastern portions,

01:34 and that will be accompanied by possibly hot weather up to 32 degrees Celsius,

01:39 just like here in Metro Cebu and Tacloban City.

01:42 It's also possible that there will be dry rains,

01:44 mostly after the easterly and localized thunderstorms, especially in the northern and eastern summer.

01:50 To our fellow citizens in Mindanao,

01:53 it's possible that it will rain in the morning.

01:55 The Basilan, Sulu and Tawetawi regions will have no weather disturbance,

02:00 while the majority will be cloudy and mostly sunny in the majority of Mindanao,

02:04 from morning to afternoon.

02:06 By the afternoon, the hottest regions in the southern portions of Mindanao,

02:10 including Zamboanga City, Cotabato, Jensan and Davao City, will have up to 34 degrees Celsius.

02:16 By the afternoon and evening, some places will have rain,

02:20 especially in the Caraga region, Davao region and the province of Bukidnon.

02:25 To our fellow citizens in the Philippines,

02:28 we don't have a high-level gale warning because it's not yet affected by the Northeast Monsoon or AMIHANPA.

02:34 But starting tomorrow afternoon,

02:36 we will have a new type of Northeast Monsoon that will start in the extreme northern region.

02:41 And by Wednesday and Thursday, it's possible that it will be affected again

02:45 in the big cities of the northern region,

02:47 and the northern cities of Central, Southern and Visayas will be affected.

02:52 As I mentioned earlier, it's possible that the Northeast Monsoon will start on Tuesday afternoon.

02:59 Then, it will be strong by Wednesday.

03:02 It will be weak by Thursday and Friday, but the Northeast Monsoon will return by the weekend.

03:08 So, if here in Metro Manila, by tomorrow, the weather will be fair and sunny.

03:13 Then, by Wednesday and Thursday, it will be cloudy and sometimes cloudy.

03:18 There's a chance of light rain by Wednesday.

03:21 Then, the chance of rain will be low by Thursday.

03:24 To our fellow citizens and residents here in Baguio City,

03:28 expect the weather to be partly cloudy until the sky is cloudy for the next three days.

03:33 You will feel the temperature drop by Wednesday in most of Cordillera Region and Cagayan Valley

03:39 because of the return of the Northeast Monsoon.

03:41 There's a chance of light rain, especially in the afternoon.

03:45 To our fellow citizens here in Legazpi City and a large part of Bicol Region,

03:50 tomorrow, the sky will be partly sunny.

03:53 But, by Wednesday and Thursday, because of the gradual strength of the Northeast Monsoon,

03:59 it will be mostly cloudy skies here in Bicol Region.

04:02 It will be accompanied by weak to moderate rain, especially in the afternoon and evening.

04:07 So, if you will go out, bring an umbrella.

04:10 To our fellow citizens here in Metro Cebu and those who have outdoor activities for the next three days,

04:17 partly cloudy and sometimes cloudy sky.

04:20 It will be mostly sunny in the morning but there will be localized thunderstorms

04:23 in the afternoon until the night, which will last for one to two hours.

04:27 Lastly, to our fellow citizens here in Metro Davao,

04:31 it will be hot in the next three days.

04:34 Expect the maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.

04:39 If you will go out, drink a lot of water and bring an umbrella in the rain,

04:43 then it's possible for localized thunderstorms, especially in Davao de Oro and Davao Oriental.

04:49 The sun will rise at 6.11 in the morning and will set early at 5.28 in the afternoon.
