00:25 of the pilot study on motorcycle taxi during the House Committee on Transportation hearing.
00:31 This as their recommendation to the lower house on whether to pass a measure on the
00:35 use of motorcycles for public transportation is still being finalized.
00:41 The Commission on Elections, or ComELEC, stood pat on its unbanked decision disqualifying
00:46 Smartmatic from the bidding process for upcoming elections.
00:51 Smartmatic filed a petition before the Supreme Court against the said decision by ComELEC.
