01:00 The Gratuity Pay will not be higher than 4,000 pesos if they have been in the service for 3 months but less than 4 months.
01:07 While 2,000 pesos will be received if they are not in the CUS or JO for 2 months.
01:12 According to the Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin,
01:16 the year-end Gratuity Pay is a recognition of the hard work of the Contract of Service and Job Order Workers in the government.
