19:35 It is a verb but it is negative because it does not have all the properties of a verb.
19:41 It has some properties of a noun.
19:44 For example, a noun becomes a noun and a news.
19:46 So, this verb wants its noun and news.
19:49 (Recites)

23:19 The recitation is complete.
23:20 The first segment of our program is completed.
23:22 Let's move to the second segment, Tafheemul Quran.
23:25 We will continue the program but we will have to take a short break.
23:28 We will meet again after the break.
23:31 Welcome back, dear viewers and listeners.
23:33 Let's move to the second segment of our program, Tafheemul Quran.
23:39 Dear viewers, first of all, we will recite the verse number 39 of today's lesson.
23:45 We will recite the word-for-word translation of this verse.
23:50 Please listen to it carefully.
23:52 (Recites)
24:14 Dear viewers, this is word-for-word translation.
24:18 Now, let's move to the easy part of the translation.
24:23 (Recites)
24:49 Dear viewers, this is easy to understand by word-for-word translation.
24:52 Now, let's move to the commentary part.
24:55 The commentary that we were discussing in your service,
24:59 was the commentary.
25:01 Dear viewers, we were on the verse number 36 of Surah Nahl.
25:07 We have already discussed the meaning of Tawhid and how many sayings are there in it.
25:13 Now, one thing to be noted here is that
25:18 when Allah made the disbelievers misguided,
25:21 then what is their fault in being misguided?
25:25 Because Allah says,
25:27 (Recites)
25:32 So, Allah does not give guidance to those whom He misguides and does not help them.
25:37 So, when Allah made the disbelievers misguided,
25:40 they were to be misguided, right?
25:42 Then what is their fault in this?
25:44 Imam Razi says in this verse,
25:47 (Recites)
26:14 The question that is raised here is that
26:20 when Allah made the disbelievers misguided,
26:23 and now it is impossible to accept His guidance,
26:26 then it is obligatory for them to be misguided.
26:29 So, what is their fault in being misguided?
26:32 And what is the reason for their punishment in this world and in the hereafter?
26:37 What is the explanation?
26:38 The answer to this is that
26:40 Allah knew in the beginning
26:43 that these disbelievers will be given power
26:46 and they will be given power to choose disbelief over faith
26:50 and vice over good deeds.
26:55 And Allah creates for His servant whatever he chooses.
27:03 So, Allah created misguidance in them according to their choice
27:07 and according to His knowledge, Allah gave the news that
27:10 misguidance has been proven on them.
27:12 And the news that Allah has given,
27:14 it is necessary for it to be true,
27:16 otherwise Allah's knowledge will be reversed from ignorance and its truthfulness.
27:20 And both of these things are impossible.
27:22 So, dear listeners, I hope that you have understood that
27:26 Allah knew from His knowledge
27:29 that they will be given power and choice
27:34 and they will choose disbelief over faith,
27:37 and vice over good deeds.
27:42 And He has written it according to His knowledge.
27:46 Then, dear listeners, the next verse is verse number 37.
27:50 "And I swear by Allah"
27:52 In fact, verse number 37 says
27:57 "If you are keen on their guidance,
27:59 then Allah will not guide those who misguide,
28:02 and they will have no helpers."
28:04 In fact, dear listeners, this has already happened.
28:08 Let's come to verse number 38.
28:10 In this, Allah says, "And I swear by Allah by their faith
28:13 that Allah will not send those who die without a promise
28:16 against them of truth, but they are unmindful and forgetful."
28:20 In fact, in verse number 37, dear listeners,
28:24 "If you are keen on their guidance,
28:26 then Allah will not guide those who misguide,
28:28 and they will have no helpers."
28:30 The Prophet (PBUH) used to make great efforts
28:33 for the Islam and faith of the disbelievers of Mecca.
28:36 Despite this, the disbelievers did not give up their rebellion and obstinacy.
28:41 This would make the Prophet (PBUH) very sad.
28:49 So Allah gave him comfort and said,
28:53 "These people have chosen disbelief and misguidance for themselves,
28:56 so Allah has created disbelief and misguidance for them.
28:59 So Allah will not give them guidance.
29:01 And no one can help them now.
29:03 So do not be saddened by them and do not be grieved by them."
29:07 There are many other verses of this kind in the Holy Quran.
29:10 "And whoever Allah wills, He will not cause him any trouble,
29:13 but you will be saved from Allah's punishment."
29:15 Surah Ma'idah, verse number 41.
29:17 "And whoever Allah wills, He will not cause him any trouble,
29:20 but you will be saved from Allah's punishment."
29:22 "Indeed, Allah has given a gift to those who love Him,
29:24 but Allah has given a gift to them forever."
29:26 Surah Qasas, verse number 56.
29:28 "Indeed, Allah has given a gift to those who love Him,
29:30 but Allah has given a gift to them forever."
29:32 "Indeed, Allah has given a gift to those who love Him,
29:34 but Allah has given a gift to them forever."
29:36 Similarly, the Prophet (PBUH) said to his people,
29:39 "And if I will your good, then my good will not benefit you.
29:42 If Allah has decided to misguide you,
29:44 then He is your Lord, and you will not be guided to Him."
29:47 Surah Hud, verse number 34.
29:49 "And if I will your good, then my good will not benefit you.
29:52 If Allah has decided to misguide you,
29:54 then He is your Lord, and you will not be guided to Him."
29:57 "And you will not be guided to Him."
30:01 So, the Prophet (PBUH) was reassured by this.
30:08 "O my beloved Prophet, your duty is to convey my message to them.
30:13 You conveyed that message with a great pleasure and in a perfect way.
30:19 Now, it is our duty to guide them or not.
30:23 You are sad and depressed, so do not be sad.
30:29 It is like this that they will not accept guidance.
30:34 Those who choose disbelief and misguidance,
30:37 Allah will make them disbelievers and misguided.
30:40 Then no one can save them from the eternal torment of Allah.
30:43 It should be clear that Allah does not forcefully make someone a believer and a guide,
30:47 nor does He forcefully make someone a disbeliever and a misguider.
30:50 He makes a believer who chooses faith,
30:53 and a disbeliever who chooses disbelief.
30:56 The point of reassurance in this verse is that
30:59 your duty is to convey the message of Allah and to preach the religion of Islam.
31:04 So, you conveyed the message of Allah with a great pleasure and in a perfect way.
31:10 Now, if your understanding of the message does not bring faith,
31:14 then do not be sad.
31:16 Because to bring faith in their hearts and to convert disbelief from faith to misguidance
31:21 is not your responsibility nor is it your responsibility.
31:26 Your responsibility was to convey the message of Allah.
31:29 This is only the work of Allah.
31:31 And He knew that they will not accept faith and will insist on disbelief.
31:36 So, Allah has destined disbelief and misguidance for them.
31:39 And no one can avoid the written of Allah.
31:42 Now, we will come to the end of the program.
31:47 We have completed the second segment of our program.
31:51 Now, we will move to the third and last segment of our program.
