00:00 Two Chinese and one French national were caught in a separate operation of the Bureau of Immigration in Makati and Pangasinan.

00:08 One of them was stabbed because of the violence of the minority in his country.

00:17 After the darkness, the Bureau of Immigration's Vigilance Unit approached the target house in Suval, Pangasinan.

00:29 When they entered, two Chinese nationals, Xi Zhongyi and Kai Wenqing, were caught.

00:36 According to the Bureau of Immigration, the two managed and negotiated a huge fishing trip.

00:41 Even though one of them is a missionary visa holder.

00:45 Xi Zhongyi has a 9G missionary visa.

00:49 And for the interview, he is not a member of any religious group.

00:54 According to our surveillance, we saw that he is the one managing the aqua business in Suval, Pangasinan.

00:59 This is also one of our cases against him, harboring a fugitive.

01:08 His condo unit in Makati released the first fugitive, Teddy Douglas Fisher,

01:14 who was arrested by the Vigilance Unit of the Bureau of Immigration.

01:19 The case is a French fugitive, a few years older than a minor in France.

01:24 According to the Interpol Red Notice, it is illegal for a fugitive to sell sex toys.

01:29 Douglas made a malicious picture using this child.

01:35 Where he claimed that he was involved in a crime with the victim.

01:43 He also sold defective sex toys.

01:47 His case against France is sexual exploitation and fraud.

01:52 The defendants are still seeking a verdict.

01:55 They are now in jail in the BI Detention Facility.
