00:00 >> Actually participating as far as this meeting?
00:04 >> Will Golston did not participate.
00:06 Godwin, Ryan Neal, Ida, there should be two or
00:14 three more in there somewhere, Carlton.
00:18 Probably a couple, probably two more I'm probably missing.
00:27 >> Which one was injury specifically?
00:29 >> He's got a leg, he's got an ankle and a knee.
00:31 >> Okay.
00:32 >> So obviously you guys are beat up at this point of the year.
00:35 I know probably a lot of teams are, but talk about the job that some of the
00:38 younger guys, the rookies have done to step in like a KJ Britt on Sunday.
00:43 >> No, most of them have played early in the year, probably except KJ, but
00:46 they're not making the mistakes they made in the middle of the season coming down
00:49 here towards the stretch and they're playing confidently.
00:52 KJ's been into the play for a long time.
00:54 He's very smart.
00:55 He's very, the guy's believing in him.
00:57 He's into it.
00:58 I mean, he's all ball.
00:59 If you talk to the guy, he's all ball and he got an opportunity to play and
01:02 he made the most of it.
01:03 >> He read it out pretty well.
01:05 >> Yeah, he did.
01:06 >> For those, the guys who didn't practice today, were those more precautionary?
01:11 Just kind of rest days, let them kind of heal up and
01:14 their outlook towards the game on Sunday.
01:17 >> Some of them will be game time decisions.
01:21 It's probably half and half.
01:22 And some of them that's hurt and we'll see how they trend during the week.
01:26 >> Talk with Devin White, he had two weeks with the foot where he still played and
01:30 he's now had two weeks with the foot where he hasn't played.
01:33 Did you have a sense in terms of whether it's in play that he practices this week,
01:36 could be back or do you move forward with KJ right now?
01:39 >> Hopefully he does something tomorrow, but until he gets better,
01:42 we gotta move forward with KJ.
01:44 And it's early in the week, we'll see what two weeks off,
01:46 what he does toward the end of the week and kind of go from there.
01:49 >> De'Lonte Adams is long gone.
01:51 He was the number one receiver up there in Green Bay.
01:53 They've got a young collective group with Reed and Dobbs and Watson and Wicks.
01:59 When they're healthy,
02:00 they look like they're pretty promising targets for Jordan.
02:04 What problems does that group face or present to you guys on Sunday?
02:10 Because any one of those guys can really step up for Jordan.
02:12 >> Now the biggest thing about this week, these guys are young, but
02:15 they're route runners.
02:16 Normally you either face speed guys or big guys that can catch.
02:20 They got side speed and they got precision.
02:22 They're very good route runners.
02:23 They have very good hands and they compete.
02:25 So at any point in time, any one of them can beat you.
02:29 That's what makes it hard about these guys.
02:30 They're all pretty much on the same level.
02:32 They're very good football players.
02:33 Might not have heard the name, but if you watch them play, those guys can play.
02:37 >> Green Bay's always been a really tough place to play for
02:40 the Bucs throughout their history.
02:42 You guys had luck there in 2020.
02:43 What makes it so challenging?
02:45 They have just a strong record in December, at home especially.
02:50 >> I'm sure the weather plays a part in some of the things they do, but
02:53 they have a good football team.
02:55 They're very well coached and they finish up all games in December, and
02:58 we're trying to finish up all games in December.
03:00 So I don't know too much about the history that they had against the Bucs, but
03:04 we're gonna hope they win a game.
03:06 This is this year's Bucs and we gotta go by this year.
03:08 >> What have you seen out of Kayvon Merriweather, stepping in for Ryan Nail?
03:12 I got a game earlier in the season and then he came in, obviously.
03:15 >> Always prepared.
03:17 He's one of the few rookies that you call his name.
03:20 He pays attention in meetings, he walks through,
03:22 even when he doesn't get the reps, he mentally takes reps.
03:25 So when you put him in there, it's not a surprise.
03:28 And it's not a shock to him, and he plays like he's been there, and
03:30 that's the best thing about him.
03:32 >> And a big play on Sunday too?
03:34 >> He did, he got a PPU on that one.
03:36 Again, the game's not too big for him.
03:39 >> John, so you guys brought Evan Deckers back from the practice squad.
03:41 Just wanna ask you kinda what Zach's dealing with and
03:43 then where things stand for him as Sunday goes.
03:46 >> He's another one that didn't practice today.
03:48 He's got an elbow, obviously, and when the long snapper gets an elbow,
03:51 it's a problem.
03:52 So we put him on the practice squad and
03:54 we'll see what we're trying to do on the end of the week.
03:56 And if he can't go, then we'll have to bring him up.
03:59 >> So Mark, he's wanted very limited reps.
04:01 He's gotten five quarterback pressures on 21 pass rushes.
04:05 That's a pretty incredible 24% pass rush win rate.
04:09 What does he have to do to get more pass rush reps for you guys in games,
04:14 rather than just the sprinkling he's gotten over the last couple of weeks?
04:18 >> He's gotta continue to get acclimated to the system and
04:21 the mental areas gotta cut down.
04:23 He's gotta be comfortable.
04:24 Just call him anything when he's out there.
04:26 We just can't call certain things and he's getting used to that part of it.
04:29 So that takes a little bit of time.
