00:00 >> What is maybe elevated, I talked to Todd Balls earlier and
00:02 he said maybe just your study habits.
00:05 >> Yep. >> It's gone to another level.
00:07 >> Yeah, studying.
00:09 I feel like the longer you play this league, you pick up different things and
00:12 I feel like just my study habits have been better this year.
00:15 >> Talk to you before I ask you, would you like more sacks or
00:18 interceptions, still interceptions?
00:19 >> Definitely interceptions, definitely.
00:20 I mean, sacks are cool too.
00:22 I take up all the plays I can get, but interceptions are still the number one.
00:27 >> Have you thought about the Pro Bowl at all?
00:28 >> No, I'm focused on the season.
00:30 >> Yeah, or all pro, I don't know what that means to you.
00:33 >> I'm still focused on the season.
00:34 All that stuff will come afterwards if it does, but
00:37 I'm just focused on the season, focused on making plays.
00:39 >> You guys obviously came away with the win against Atlanta,
00:42 exciting victory, puts you back in the first place.
00:44 >> Yeah.
00:44 >> But there's no chance to exhale at this point, right?
00:47 >> No, no, not at all.
00:48 We still gotta win these games coming up.
00:49 So it's still the same mindset that in order to maintain the first place,
00:54 you gotta get these wins.
00:54 So just staying in that realm of we gotta win every week,
00:58 treat every week like a playoff week.
01:00 >> Green Bay's a tough place to play, especially late in December.
01:03 They've got a 15-1 record against the Bucks during the regular season.
01:07 They lost their first December game under their head coach against the Giants.
01:12 But you guys have had success out there in an important playoff game.
01:15 But how tough is it to play in that environment in Landon?
01:18 >> Well, last time when we were up there, I was actually hurt, so
01:20 I didn't play in that game.
01:21 Yeah, yeah, I was on the sideline.
01:23 But just seeing the atmosphere from that experience in the NFC Championship,
01:28 it's a cool atmosphere.
01:30 They're super loud, and this is gonna be a fun game.
01:33 What's better than going up there in Green Bay during this time?
01:36 >> What would you learn from them on Monday?
01:38 Seeing that, I mean, they came back and look like they have a victory.
01:40 >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, good team.
01:41 They fight to the end, and it's gonna be a tough challenge for us.
01:45 >> What about that wide receiver rim stands out to you?
01:48 They've got a lot of playmakers, maybe not some crazy big names.
01:50 >> Yeah, yeah. >> They got good route.
01:51 >> Yeah, yeah, they got- >> Todd Boatson.
01:53 >> Yeah, no crazy big names, but they can play.
01:55 They can play, even though if they're under the radar, they can still play.
01:57 That's what I've seen from the film.
01:59 >> I think they're down three healthy receivers, too.
02:01 It's a team that's also banged up, I guess, at this point of the year,
02:03 pretty much- >> It's that time of the year.
02:04 It's that time of the year.
02:06 These seasons are long, and it's football, so it is that time of the year.
02:08 >> What has allowed you to stay healthy through this season and
02:11 such going through a training camp?
02:13 Or what do you think helps in that regard?
02:14 >> Taking care of my body.
02:16 And I feel like another big thing from this year, really warming up.
02:21 So I'm not doing any special teams, so that little period right there,
02:23 I've been able to actually warm up.
02:25 I go out there barefoot and get- >> I see that.
02:27 >> Feet, ankles, and everything loose, and I feel like that's really been big for me.
02:31 >> Is it? Where do you learn that from?
02:32 Is that just from- >> It's something I did in the offseason.
02:34 I'm like, you know what, I feel good doing this.
02:35 Cuz offseason, you can warm up as long as you want.
02:38 I'm over here, and I'm like, okay, I actually feel good.
02:39 So that's something that I just kinda carried over to the season.
02:41 >> And Godwin does kinda the same thing, I see.
02:43 He's big pregame stuff.
02:45 >> Yeah, yeah. >> Warm up, stretching,
02:46 all different kinds of stuff.
02:47 He's using it as well.
02:48 He does a lot of stuff, too.
02:48 >> Yeah, yeah, it's important.
02:49 It's important, especially throughout the season.
02:51 The seasons are long, so being able to actually stay loose and
02:54 warm your body up efficiently is key.
02:57 >> Yeah, Mr. Two, what happened on the Kyle Pitts touchdown that he had?
03:00 It seemed like there was some- >> Yeah, yeah, the out and up.
03:02 It was a good play by them.
03:03 So what were we at?
03:04 We were in the fire zone, and so I have to take him, flatten up.
03:09 And so that was on me, so I'm gonna accept that.
03:11 >> Okay, I saw you look back, and it looked like there was a lot of difference.
03:13 >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, cuz I seen, I'm sorry.
03:16 I seen the tight end come across in my zone as well.
03:19 So it was kinda like a high load on me, and he was reading me.
03:21 If I stay on that underneath route, he's gonna throw that one.
03:24 If I go high, he throws that one.
03:26 So it was just me, I gotta stay high and
03:27 just come down and make the tackle when he throws it to the underneath.
03:30 >> Nice recovery, though, and get the safety after that.
03:32 >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, anyway I can help the team out.
03:35 Yeah, that's what I'm here for.
03:36 >> Thanks for having fun.
