01:05 In his intervention speech at the first plenary session,
01:08 President Marcos said that the ongoing challenges that are causing chaos in the region,
01:14 including the intercontinental ballistic missile tests of North Korea,
01:18 the rising violence in Myanmar,
01:20 and the unilateral actions in the East and South China Sea
01:24 that are continuously threatening the peace and stability of the region.

01:32 he said that the tensions are increasing instead of decreasing.
