00:24 All praise is due to Allah, the One and Only
00:27 Peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah
00:30 and upon all who follow him and follow him in good faith
00:35 O Allah, send blessings upon our Master and Master Muhammad
00:40 and upon his family and companions.
00:43 Respected viewers and listeners,
00:47 Peace and blessings be upon you.
00:51 Listen and recite the Quran with your host, Muhammad Suhail Raza Amjadi.
01:02 Ladies and gentlemen,
01:03 Sahih Bukhari, Hadith number 6340
01:08 Hadith number 6340
01:11 The Prophet (SAW) said,
01:15 "The prayer of a person is accepted unless he is in a hurry."
01:24 "The prayer of a person is accepted unless he is in a hurry."
01:30 "He should say, 'I prayed and my prayer is not accepted.'"
01:37 "He should say, 'I prayed and my prayer is not accepted.'"
01:39 "Most of us say that we pray but our prayers are not accepted."
01:45 Ladies and gentlemen,
01:47 First of all, we should understand that
01:50 we are servants and servants of Allah.
01:56 If we do not listen to our servants, we pay our salaries late.
02:01 And we scold our servants.
02:04 We do not think of increasing their salaries.
02:09 If a person works in an institution and does not do his work properly,
02:14 we do not think of promoting him.
02:19 But we promote him and increase his salary.
02:25 We take care of him.
02:27 The Creator of the world eats all the blessings of the Creator.
02:31 If we do not listen to him and expect our prayers to be accepted,
02:38 then this is a bad omen.
02:41 We should not think like this.
02:43 We should not expect this.
02:46 Secondly, we eat the unlawful food with disobedience.
02:55 We feed our family members.
02:57 If we say that our prayers are not accepted,
03:01 then this expectation is useless.
03:08 Why?
03:09 Because we eat the unlawful food.
03:11 According to the Hadeeth, the prayer of the one who eats the unlawful food is not accepted.
03:15 His worship is not accepted.
03:17 So, the lawful food and the obligatory Sunnah should not disturb anyone.
03:25 After that, when we pray, the prayer will be accepted.
03:30 Why not?
03:31 You did not kill anyone's right.
03:33 You did not abuse anyone's property.
03:35 You did not do injustice to anyone.
03:38 You eat the lawful food and observe the obligatory Sunnah.
03:44 Then the prayer is accepted.
03:45 But it is important that we should not pray in a hurry.
03:51 We find in the Hadeeth that if a Muslim prays,
03:58 then his prayer is not free of three things.
04:03 Either he gets what he asks for.
04:07 Or, the thing that he is asking for is not better for him.
04:15 So, Allah stops him.
04:17 He thinks that it is not better for him.
04:22 Third, if he is in a high position but he is in a sin.
04:29 He is not able to reach that position through his deeds.
04:32 Then his prayers are stopped.
04:37 If he is patient, Allah gives him the same status as it is written.
04:42 He gets the highest of the good.
04:47 So, dear listeners, do not be in a hurry.
04:50 Pray with certainty.
04:52 If you are not getting what you want,
04:57 then wait and have faith in Allah.
05:00 Allah will give you one of these three things.
05:05 Dear listeners, we will go to the lesson.
05:08 But before that, we will go to the break.
05:10 We will meet again after the break.
05:12 Welcome back dear listeners.
