00:25 The promises of the country's leadership that were made on the first visit of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to Japan in February

02:08 and the implementation of the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit.

02:17 such as the first wind farms in Southeast Asia in 2003 during my term as Governor of Ilocos Norte.
02:24 And I invited ASEC partners, including Japan, to invest in the Philippine renewable energy industry
02:31 to achieve not only the intention of the ASEC but also the overall goal of the Paris Agreement.
02:38 The President's partnership in the Commemorative Summit was also productive

02:54 and he also encouraged ASEAN leaders to have a rules-based Indo-Pacific region
02:59 that is anchored in the UN Charter and Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia.
