17:12 We were just asking earlier how is the NMIS monitoring during this holiday season for those who sell hot meat?

17:20 The monitoring and surveillance of the National Meat Inspection Service is continuous in our public and private markets, including our supermarkets.
17:30 With the participation and support of the Department of Agriculture, Inspectorate and Enforcement,
17:35 plus our support coming from the local government units.
17:40 Our team is continuously monitoring and surveilling to ensure that the meat we sell in our markets and supermarkets are safe
17:54 and in the right positions of the veterinarians and inspectors.
17:58 Is the number of butchered meat sellers increasing?
18:03 There are instances where the National Meat Inspection Service and the local government units are still catching the meat.
