00:00 Even though the first typhoon hit the low-pressure area this December, the weather is still bad in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:19 The typhoon we monitored the other day has weakened and became a low-pressure area yesterday at 2.30 p.m.
00:27 This low-pressure area is located 290 km southwest of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur.
00:37 Meanwhile, the north-east monsoon is the main one that is affecting the northern and central Luzon.
00:41 The shear line is also affecting the northern part of the southern Luzon.
00:46 We hope that the effects of the low-pressure area and shear line will bring rain. There are areas like Kitlat, Colog, Visayas, Mindanao, Maropa, Bicol Region, Quezon, and Aurora.
00:57 In Make Again Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region, cloudy skies with rain, the north-east monsoon is the main one.
01:05 In Metro Manila and the cold part of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies, there are chances of dry and weak rains.
