00:09 And they're simply just mistakes that happened in the ring with two people
00:12 putting on an athletic contest.
00:14 That unfortunately happened in 1997 at SummerSlam,
00:19 when Owen Hart took on Stone Cold Steve Austin for
00:23 the Intercontinental Championship.
00:25 A jumping pile driver went wrong when Austin's head was in the wrong place,
00:31 dropping him on his neck and temporarily paralyzing him in the ring.
00:35 And get the win.
00:36 The injury would affect Austin for the rest of his wrestling career,
00:40 leading to debilitating injuries that he would have to deal with and
00:43 eventually retire from in the early 2000s.
00:46 That didn't stop Owen Hart from being a real heel bragging about
00:50 injuring Stone Cold.
