00:00 Today we're going to be making the kalamasi punch with the Chivas XV.
00:06 Hi there, my name is Jane Danger and I'm the national mixologist for Pernod
00:11 Ricard North America. We're gonna start out with some honey syrup, three-quarters
00:16 part, just one part honey to one part water. Next we're gonna do three-quarters
00:21 parts kalamasi puree. Now we're gonna be adding the Chivas XV. We're gonna be
00:27 doing two parts. We're gonna add in an orange slice here so we're gonna get a
00:33 little extra kick of acidity and sweetness and those delicious oils.
00:38 Gonna add our ice, always ice last. Fill it all in there, give it a good hard shake.
00:46 We have a coupe glass here, give this a nice strain. We're gonna add in the fresh
00:57 orange wheel and then we're also gonna crack a cinnamon stick to give it that
01:00 nice extra holiday twist. And here we have it, the kalamasi punch. Cheers!
