00:00 MVP odds here as we head down.
00:05 We might have an elimination game right here on Monday.
00:07 Brock Purdy, the favorite in the clubhouse right now.
00:09 Lamar Jackson, not too far behind.
00:11 From an MVP perspective, from an MVP guy,
00:14 who would you get that vote for right now?
00:17 - Right now, it's gotta be Brock Purdy.
00:18 You know, and I'm sick and tired of hearing about the words
00:21 game manager, system quarterback.
00:24 You know, this reminds me, I'm telling you,
00:25 it reminds me of the late '80s and the early '90s
00:28 of the 49ers.
00:29 You take a look at that coach,
00:31 that coach was of course one of the greatest coach
00:33 of all time, Bill Walsh.
00:34 You look at the quarterback, Joe Montana,
00:36 and then you look at the cast of characters
00:38 and the defense that they had.
00:40 It looks very, very similar to what Brock Purdy is doing
00:43 with his cast of characters.
00:44 And nobody's calling Joe Montana a system quarterback
00:48 or a game manager.
00:49 They're calling him one of the greatest quarterbacks
00:51 to have ever played because he played in a system
00:54 where he played the game the way it was supposed
00:56 to be played.
00:57 Make decisions, get the ball into your playmaker's hands,
00:59 and then be accurate with it, be poised,
01:02 don't turn the ball over.
01:03 He's doing everything that you're supposed to do
01:06 in a complex offense.
01:07 And Kyle Shannon's offense, let me tell you guys,
01:10 it's very complex.
01:12 It's very difficult to learn.
01:13 And the fact that he has learned it as quickly as he has
01:17 in the last two years and looks flawless in it,
01:19 that's why it reminds me of the late '80s 49ers.
01:22 So I think he is the odds-on favorite,
01:25 and I don't see where he's capable
01:27 of having a bad game here.
01:28 I think that they're gonna put up a lot of points
01:30 against this Baltimore defense.
01:32 And I think this is gonna be another high-scoring game here.
01:35 And I do think that Lamar Jackson
01:37 has definitely gotten himself back
01:38 into the conversation, no question.
