00:35 It's already past 9 p.m. and the bus is still not driving.

00:38 The dispatcher explained that their bus is in traffic.

00:43 In the 5-star terminal, the buses are continuously going out and in.

00:54 Some of us have talked to them and they are ready to stand in the bus' passenger seat and go home.
