01:37 The project cost, Your Excellency,
01:42 is rounded up as $40 million.
01:45 All of it spent in Rwanda.
01:47 Putting it together was not an easy job.
01:54 But there were good brains determined
01:55 to put something good in Kigali.
01:57 We decided to build for the future, not just for the day.
02:00 And it needed sober heads, needed to put proper thinking
02:04 together, it needed a lot of dedication.
02:06 Excellency, as you have seen, the building,
02:09 I avoid to call it good because it's me,
02:12 but I would like to hear it from other people.
02:14 Government getting involved in the business, which people
02:23 can interpret in any way they want,
02:26 but I'll give you my version of the interpretation.
02:29 Everybody's business is, in a way, government's business.
02:41 Because government's responsibility
02:46 is to ensure that people can do business freely
02:53 and fairly and thrive.
02:58 So in ensuring that, that becomes government business,
03:03 that everybody succeeds in their business.
03:06 So when you succeed, we succeed.
03:08 That's how it becomes our business.

03:14 So we are not about to stop.
03:21 We're only one to keep doing even better.

03:32 It's more than just a building.
03:35 It has a much more meaningful story about it or around it.
