01:25 here. Every time we have invited you, you are part of us and you personally commit yourself
01:36 to continue being part of us and of the board, so thank you very much.
01:49 The Smart Africa Alliance has now grown to 24 member states with a total market of over
01:59 600 million people. I wish to congratulate Dr. Ture for the three years of successful
02:18 operations. You are welcome. I shouldn't forget our friend, the President of Estonia,

02:41 So I was talking about, I was thanking Dr. Hamadoun Ture for the three years he has been
02:53 with us running successful operations. That part of the program will come later, but we
03:07 will be saying farewell to us because his time has come to an end and we have agreed
03:24 there will be a new Executive Director coming in. So before I give the floor to the Executive
03:43 Director, I will invite, in fact, heads of state who wish to say something because some
03:51 of them are hard pressed with time as well, but let me start with our guest, the President
03:59 of Estonia, to give us her remarks. Her country, Estonia, is a leading country in IT, in technology,
04:20 generally, which they have used for development of the country and we have a number of lessons
04:29 to learn from the President. Your Excellency, the President, you are welcome.
