01:25 We have in the one time really long lasting partnership with the government
01:32 of Rwanda in many sectors and the urban sector is one of them.
01:38 It is very fruitful, very successful and very satisfying partnership, I should say.
01:47 So I think at this point we really should all take a moment and
01:51 celebrate the achievements that have happened.
01:54 These are very, very good achievements that I would like to congratulate
01:59 the government at both the central and local level, but
