00:26 So if I have to summarize our mission,
00:29 our mission is very simple.
00:31 It's to allow-- they're mostly over there and over here--
00:35 each and every one of these children
00:38 to come to a point in their lives
00:40 where they are entitled to have a choice over their future.
00:45 So at a given point in time, they may choose to go left.
00:50 And left isn't really great, but at least it was their choice.
00:55 Or they may choose to go right and have
00:58 a great life, or left, great life, right, not so great.
01:01 It doesn't matter.
01:03 What really matters is that point in time
01:06 where they can have a choice.
01:07 I had a choice when I was young, and today, here I am.
01:11 I'm here for my choice.
01:13 But I had to have the conditions, the empowerment
01:17 to have that choice.
01:18 Well, most of you know how big of a fan I am of your country.
01:23 And eventually, this country promotes choice.
01:28 We are just a vehicle.
01:29 We are just a vehicle.
01:31 This country-- and we're delighted to have
01:33 Imaku Le from-- who runs the Early Childhood Development
01:36 Program.
01:38 And the Early Childhood Development Program
01:40 teaches us that between the ages of zero and six years old
01:46 is when we can have the most impact over a child's future,
01:51 if we give them the conditions for them to develop.
