00:33 When we first started construction, we had some issues with our initial financing scheme,

00:38 and BPR stepped in really quickly, was able to finance the project

00:41 and help things move along very fast.

00:43 One of the things we really appreciate about BPR is how responsive they've been to our needs.

00:49 We know that big construction projects often have a lot of uncertainties.

00:52 They were very responsive to us, very flexible with us,

00:55 and they really acted as a real partner on this project.

00:58 So they didn't dictate to us, "Oh, you have to do this, you have to do this," but they really came
