00:08 -First of all, I would like to thank God that we got our
00:20 commander in chief, president of Mozambique, President
00:31 Felipe Jacinto Nunez, who has created conditions that all of
00:40 us today, we could be here.
00:43 And also, who has created conditions that the forces in
00:50 defense of Mozambique could have support from countries of
01:08 SADC and countries with bilateral relation.
01:18 And in this moment specifically, I'm talking
01:21 about Rwanda.
01:23 Then I want to thank also his excellency, president of
01:32 Rwanda, President Kagame, who has accepted to join the
01:43 quest of President Nunez, my president.
01:49 Through that, we got the troops of Rwanda joined with
01:59 Mozambican troops, who has strategically, step by step,
02:11 moving troops to the Musimba da Praia.
02:21 And we are here in Musimba da Praia because of this joint
02:31 force, who has made things happen, knowing that Musimba
02:41 da Praia, it's a while without our population here.
02:48 And today, being free, then we have to organize a way forward
03:05 for the people of Musimba da Praia to return.
03:10 Then the return means that this, our visit, is one of the
03:17 visits which have to see the compliances of how the people
03:26 can return.
03:28 To return is a very important issue for the people as well.
03:35 There is expectations for the people of Musimba da Praia,
03:41 who has been homeless and they are out of this place.
03:48 So for them to return, we have to visit, to see the safety
04:00 for them to return to Musimba da Praia.
04:04 By the way, we want, once again, to thank you for all
04:11 your efforts, collectively and individually.
04:17 I would like to thank also your families, who has allowed
04:28 you to fly to Mozambique and join with our troops.
04:36 Well, this is what we are working, what we have to do
04:43 also, exactly, the way forward.
04:47 So we are going to organize.
04:50 We are going to organize because we are willing to see
04:53 them in good health and also we have to see all humanitarian
05:03 issues.
05:04 We have to deal with the care.
05:07 This means they moved from here because of the security.
05:14 So if we have to bring them back here, we have to make sure
05:20 that, yes, the security is safe, well done.
05:29 What we want to mean is that for this stage, in this moment,
05:34 we feel very happy.
05:38 We feel we are very happy and we are very proud with our
05:45 troops, the first defense of Mozambique and the troops of
05:53 Rwanda, which has made this possible.
05:58 We are very proud of them.
06:01 Yeah.
