00:00 >> How are you?
00:00 >> Good, good.
00:02 >> Questions?
00:03 >> Just one practice session, two walkthroughs,
00:06 how have you seen the offense improve ahead of the game on the average?
00:09 >> Great, we were just taking the game plan and just preparing.
00:12 The guys had a lot of energy today.
00:14 We've had a lot of meeting time and it was great actually to get out there and
00:17 move around today.
00:18 >> The Chargers game, you guys also didn't have practice.
00:20 It was three walkthroughs and then you had that kind of explosion.
00:23 >> Yeah. >> Do you think having them fresh in
00:25 their bodies is also an advantage for you guys?
00:27 >> It's always an advantage.
00:28 Just going out, playing loose, playing free, being locked into the game plan.
00:32 So I'm excited to see these guys play.
00:35 >> Your offense responded after the Vikings, obviously,
00:37 with the Chargers, as you just mentioned.
00:38 Now, how do you expect them to respond this weekend after the performance
00:41 against the Chiefs?
00:43 >> Yeah, well, I was excited.
00:44 We won the game, good Christmas.
00:46 Did something that was very special.
00:48 The game went a certain way and we had to do what we had to do to win the game.
00:53 And I think you guys have probably diagnosed that at this point.
00:56 So I was very excited for what we did to get that win.
00:58 >> Samir White responding after the absence of Josh Jacobs.
01:02 >> Yeah. >> How did you see that?
01:04 >> He's been tremendous.
01:06 He's put his head down, stayed in the books, and he is just, he's responding.
01:10 He's getting that, he's getting his opportunity and
01:13 he's taking advantage of it.
01:14 I'm really proud of him.
01:15 >> Coach Antonio mentioned this morning that regardless of whether Josh Jacobs
01:19 played or not, which was going to be the game decision, Samir has won some snaps.
01:23 What do you think in regards to that?
01:25 >> Absolutely, each one of them, all the guys deserve opportunities that
01:29 go out on the field on Sundays, or this game's Monday, and I'm excited for them.
01:34 >> What are some of the similarities and
01:36 differences between Josh Jacobs and Samir White?
01:38 >> I just see them like the nice part about both those guys, they're very explosive.
01:41 They're very smart, very intelligent.
01:44 They know what they're doing and you just give them an opportunity,
01:47 they go make plays for you.
01:48 >> And what can you say about the plays of Aiden O'Connor?
01:51 >> He's been great.
01:51 He's been level, level headed all season, ups, downs.
01:55 He's continuing, he's a rookie, he's learning.
01:56 And he's learning on the move.
01:58 Monday, he'll have another opportunity this week.
02:01 >> Brought in Zach Gentry into the mix right now, the tight end position,
02:06 having a couple of injured players.
02:07 What do you see from him?
02:09 Can he potentially be a part of the new plan?
02:11 >> Yeah, he's coming in, learning the playbook, doing a good job,
02:14 even with Jerry, they're doing a really good job.
02:16 Obviously, he has some experience, which is great.
02:18 He's out there moving around and just excited for when he gets his opportunity.
02:21 >> [INAUDIBLE] >> I'll leave that up to A.P.
02:26 >> What kind of opportunity is this for him?
02:30 Because he's been involved in the game plan, but
02:33 now there's more possibilities of going to the ball game.
02:35 >> Absolutely, he's done a really good job staying locked in and
02:38 he'll get his opportunities when they come in life.
02:41 >> All good.
