00:00 >> Healthy, active, will some of those guys be able to play this week?
00:04 Are you gonna have to go find some guys to get some depth?
00:07 >> We'll have the answers I think are here for whatever we need.
00:10 And we'll see how those guys are feeling.
00:15 >> Mike said we need to win for a lot of reasons.
00:17 We'll expand on- >> Cuz it sucks to lose, Gentry.
00:21 >> [LAUGH] >> Trey,
00:25 you really need to show you anything?
00:27 >> Did you have another thought or no?
00:29 >> I'm just curious.
00:30 >> Why?
00:32 >> It fucking sucks.
00:33 Losing, awful.
00:38 That's why I wanna win.
00:41 Cuz you don't sleep.
00:45 You wanna win for the players that bust their tail.
00:48 That's it.
00:49 I mean, it's not about, hey, we'll go into the off season with a good note.
00:56 Nobody knows what you did on January 7th or 8th or 6th in April when you come back.
01:02 But you wanna see just it all come together.
01:10 And just put four quarters together.
01:12 Win a game like we talked about, you come in, well, you close game.
01:15 Yeah, we feel the same way.
01:19 In that game the other day, we gotta put ourselves into a competitive game where
01:24 it's back and forth, back and forth, and there's some field position.
01:29 And then you score, and you take care of the football.
01:32 And we just hadn't done that in the opportunities that we had.
01:37 That we're like, okay, we fought and we were close.
01:40 But I think that's why.
01:41 You just put yourself in a competitive situation,
01:44 come up with a way to make a play in the second half to win the game.
01:52 That's what I hope for.
01:54 Sorry about my language.
01:57 >> Trey, have you guys heard anything besides health in order to get back in
02:01 the lineup?
02:02 >> I mean, I think he's trying to get healthy.
02:07 And the last exposure wasn't great.
02:11 So giving Eric a chance and SMB came back and if Trey's healthy,
02:16 I'm sure he'll help us and be ready to go in some capacity.
02:23 >> When you talk about playing complimentary offense, I'm curious,
02:26 to you does that always start with establishing the runner?
02:29 Are there other ways to achieve?
02:30 >> Well, yeah, I mean, you can, there's other ways.
02:32 I mean, we just make a play down the field that changes field position and
02:38 creates momentum.
02:39 Converting third downs, controlling the football, that's always a great way.
02:49 And then finishing drives with points.
02:52 That's, and then reserving a right to punt, not putting the ball in harm's way.
02:57 Being able to pin him inside the ten.
03:00 And we've seen examples, not enough of them, to where we do that.
03:06 And then we force them to punt.
03:08 We have a good defensive series, force them to punt.
03:11 Now we're on a short field.
03:13 But yeah, those are certain things that you have to do.
03:18 And if you can bust a couple runs in there to keep them off balance so
03:23 that it's not rushing every play, I think that that does help.
03:29 And it also, again, I think, allows you to create some of the play
03:34 pass protections that are more favorable to everybody.
