00:23 Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas has called on Congress to investigate the power outage on Panay Island since Tuesday.
00:30 On the program Rise and Shine Pilipinas, Mayor Treñas stated that it is crucial to determine the real status of the island's power supply.
