00:00 I don't know that we're going to get a game that we could see into the 40s.
00:05 I don't really have an opinion on the total on this one.
00:08 But what I will say is that John Harbaugh is another one of these coaches who does not
00:14 like to lose, especially at home.
00:16 I mean, there's a reason that they're winning all these preseason games.
00:19 They like to take guys that aren't Lamar Jackson, guys that aren't their number one wide receiver
00:24 and stick them out there and still put them in a position to win games.
00:27 They coach all four quarters.
00:28 They try to use plus EV strategy.
00:31 And I expect nothing less than that in this game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
00:34 There's been some rumblings, pretty quiet, but rumblings anyways that, oh, well, the
00:39 Ravens would be better suited if they lose this game intentionally, because that would
00:43 allow the Buffalo Bills to have a more difficult time to make the playoffs.
00:48 And so as a result, you know, they'd rather have the Steelers in, so they should try to
00:51 lose this game.
00:52 I don't think Harbaugh is playing that 4D level of chess in this one.
00:56 If they lose, they lose, but it's not because they're intentionally trying to throw this
01:00 game to keep the Buffalo Bills out of the playoffs, in my opinion.
01:03 I think the Baltimore Ravens are going to be coming out here and coaching the backups
01:07 just as hard as they would be coaching the starters.
01:10 I think they have guys that are well suited for this offense.
01:14 Keep in mind, you know, a team like the Baltimore Ravens with Lamar Jackson at quarterback,
01:18 you know, they don't need to go after the pocket passer, true, you know, blue chip type
01:25 quarterback that's going to be standing back there and reading the defense at six foot
01:30 six and firing the ball down the field.
01:32 They're going after guys like Tyler Huntley.
01:34 They're going after guys that are like that third or fourth tight end that many other
01:38 teams don't really care about as much.
01:40 The Ravens might prioritize positions that other teams don't care about quite as much.
01:45 That allows them to have guys that are a little bit less paid, but a little bit better suited
01:49 for their system than the backups for other teams.
01:52 And so that's why sometimes their backups and their style of play is a lot better than
01:57 what you might expect when they're got their second and third stringers in there.
02:01 So I think you're going to give Pittsburgh all they can chew.
02:05 But I do think that the Steelers have one benefit here, and that's that you can run
02:09 the ball on the Baltimore Ravens.
02:10 And if you put your head down and put your mind to it, you may be able to have some success
02:14 running the football.
02:15 We've seen last week, Mike McDaniel of the Miami Dolphins had success early running the
02:20 ball, but still resorted to passing too much to a throws interceptions.
02:23 You fall behind too early.
02:25 Now you can't run the ball.
02:26 All you have to do is pass.
02:27 The week before, same exact thing happened for Brock party with Kyle Shanahan.
02:31 They were having success with Christian McCaffrey running the football.
02:33 They decided to pass the ball a little bit too much.
02:35 Brock throws interceptions.
02:36 They fall behind too early, have to stop running the football.
02:40 Pittsburgh Steelers don't fall into that trap.
02:42 They like to come up.
02:43 They like to run the ball against the Ravens as part of the reason they've had a lot of
02:45 success.
02:46 I love the history of the under in this series, the dog in this series as a result, points
02:51 are harder to come by.
02:53 And so I definitely lean a little bit towards the Baltimore Ravens here.
