00:00 >> Our hat on the note, we consider our non-negotiable family,
00:03 accountable, tough.
00:04 You gotta be tough to play the game mentally, physically.
00:06 There's gotta be accountability in all ways, player to player,
00:11 player to coach, coach to coach, coach to player.
00:13 And I think that it always comes down to love.
00:16 You gotta have a family environment and
00:20 just those type of things are what really draw you together.
00:24 And when it comes down to those big impact moments,
00:29 that trust that you've had because of the communication,
00:34 because you do care, because you have a family type environment that
00:39 hopefully everyone's been a part of facilitating.
00:42 I think those are some of the keys.
00:45 I know there's a lot more, but the trust and communication,
00:49 leading to that environment, the accountability and
00:53 the toughness that it takes to win on the football field.
00:57 >> Yeah, tremendous, everything that Kayla just said.
01:02 And I would add, it's a thousand things.
01:06 It's a thousand little things that add up to make all the difference.
01:10 A lot of things that people think are the little things or the minutia.
01:14 To me, it's all of those things.
01:19 If you boil it down to just a couple things,
01:24 get really good at football, that's the thing that you're passionate about.
01:30 That you found in your life that you love and have passion for.
01:39 So let's get as good at it as we possibly can in training and practice, in games.
01:47 And then just the very last thing to think about is,
01:50 just make sure you're giving it your very best.
01:53 That way you feel good about whatever you accomplished.
