00:00How does it feel kind of being the veteran and guy leading the room?
00:04Cuz obviously you've been behind a couple of guys, but now this spring,
00:06you're obviously the veteran of the group.
00:07So what's it been like this spring for you?
00:09Spring's all about learning, so we really took in the learning aspect of it.
00:13And I'm trying to take whatever I learned from the guys last year,
00:15Dev and Westy, and the year before that, Cade, and all them.
00:19Just taking what I learned from all them and trying to teach the other guys, so.
00:22Can you kind of keep safe or anything from that touchdown about, I guess,
00:26to where whether it's a bug or?
00:28Yeah, no, I got two pictures in my room.
00:30I'll print it out, yeah.

00:33Catching the ball or celebrating?
00:35Both, both, yeah, got all the shots.
00:37Got a lot of shots about to make, yes, sir.
00:38Did you try to keep the ball?
00:39Huh? Did you try to keep the ball?
00:41Honestly, I thought about it after I had already gave the ball away, so
00:43it was too late at that point.
00:45How many times have you watched those last three games in the off season?
00:51Well, I could say the last one, I really watched the game we played against
00:55Michigan the most, just because we were so close to having that.
00:59It just kind of fell short.
01:01But second most, I'd say, is the Pac-12 championship, for sure.
01:05Just, it's a good time.
01:07Three wins against Oregon, being a local guy, how important was that to you?
01:11It meant the world, honestly.
01:12Honestly, after the third one, including my touchdown,
01:16it's really just a surreal moment, cuz I was in Kansas before that at the JUCO.
01:19And I just, it felt like everything had paid off, all the hard work and
01:23blood, sweat, and tears, yeah, so.
01:25Are you surprised you're the only veteran tied in?
01:27Usually this place has two or three every year in springtime.
01:32Yeah, I'd say I'm surprised, I didn't expect it at all.
01:34But I'm making the most out of it, trying to teach the younger guys.
01:37They're doing a good job, though.
01:38Yeah, they're stepping up to the plate, for sure.
