00:23 >> No, I'm actually five minutes from here.

00:24 I live right down the road in Third Ward, Houston.

00:27 And I went to school right up the road in Bel Air.

00:30 >> And what kind of reaction are you getting from the family and friends?

00:33 They all wanna come to your game?

00:34 >> Yeah, a lot of people wanna come to the game.

00:36 I'm sure y'all know the tickets are pretty high.

00:38 So I mean, I think a lot of family would be watching and

00:40 a lot of family would be there as well.

00:42 >> JV, how would you rate your season this year?

00:45 You were pretty busy as a freshman because it had to happen and

00:48 you've been out there as a sophomore.

00:51 How do you feel about your progress?

00:53 >> I think my progress is going up pretty well.

00:54 I think I'm just trusting in what the coaches have to say to me, what they're

00:57 offering and just trusting the coaches.

00:59 They're really just buying into the program, just waiting my turn.

01:01 >> So you feel like you're right on schedule then?

01:04 >> Yeah, I feel like I'm right on schedule, right where I wanna be.

01:06 >> Cuz Muhammad's probably leaving, so

01:07 there's gonna be some probably changes, need for cornerbacks to step up.

01:11 >> I'm not sure what Jabari has to do.

01:14 I mean, I know he's having a phenomenal season.

01:15 And he's probably just gonna stack his game right on top and

01:17 then make his decision whenever he has to.
