00:00 A 16-year-old woman was forced to use drugs and was raped in Pangasinan.

00:07 The suspect is a relative of the victim's family.

00:10 Jasmine Gabriel Galvan of GMA Regional TV One North, Central Luzon has this report.

00:16 Himas Rejas is now 46 years old.

00:23 He is a man in Orbistondo, Pangasinan.

00:25 He was forced to use drugs before he was raped by a 16-year-old woman in Dalaguita.

00:32 In a police investigation, the suspect found out that Johnny Ferrer was the victim who was taken home.

00:38 Because his family is relatives, the victim joined the suspect.

00:43 But instead of being taken home, he took the victim to a place and shot him.

00:49 He used the child until the child fell asleep. That's when the rape happened.

00:59 It was early in the morning when the victim saw someone walking on the street as if he was alone.

01:04 When the victim was about to die, he told his family what happened.

01:09 We are asking for justice. We will continue the case.

01:12 Whatever they say, we will not withdraw the case.

01:15 The suspect refused to give his statement.

01:18 I did not withdraw the case because I know that the person who did it will not be justified.

01:23 The suspect filed a missing case.
