00:00 What was it like putting together the choreography for this movie and were
00:03 there any updates or changes that you made from the show?
00:07 Well, this is entirely different from the Broadway show in terms of
00:12 choreography so there's there's no overlap there but we made sure that the
00:17 choreography was cool and fresh and new and representative of what this
00:22 generation grew up watching.
00:24 Were there any musical numbers that were particularly tough to put together?
00:29 Someone Gets Hurt was a beast of a number. The one in the Halloween house
00:34 where Regina is seducing Aaron Samuels and that number is one of my favorites
00:41 but it was such a beast to put together.
00:45 What was it like putting together the Christmas pageant show?
00:48 Because that's the one that I feel like is one of the iconic ones even from the original film.
00:52 Yeah, that one I knew that there was gonna be such a high level of scrutiny for that one
00:58 because it's so iconic, the original, like that thigh slap and I was like I can't
01:03 do the same thing so I had to put my own spin on it and took influence from like
01:07 my choreography that I've done for Blackpink and things like that to make
01:12 sure that it felt current.
01:15 And what was it like getting this whole cast together for rehearsals?
01:19 How much fun was that?
01:20 They're so funny like these girls are so talented but they're all so down-to-earth
01:24 and just chill and like those are the kinds of people that you want to work with
01:28 or people that you just want to hang out with.
