00:03 It's funny, we're talking about Iberflues later.
00:05 I mean, we do right now, Joe, bears are keeping Iberflues.
00:08 Cuz Gabe, we were just talking about with Gabe during the break.
00:10 And he made a very interesting point, we both agree with it.
00:14 If the bears are keeping Iberflues, now they made him chop the OC.
00:18 What was his name, Joe, Luke something or whatever, Gentry, whatever.
00:22 Or am I thinking of the guy that was yelling at him, Gentry.
00:25 >> Luke Gentry.
00:26 >> Gentry.
00:27 >> Gentry, Gentry, the reporter getting yelled at by Vrabel.
00:32 Luke, your boy Luke, so he's out.
00:33 And the DC left in the middle of the year, remember?
00:36 He had that whole fiasco going on.
00:38 So Iberflues gets to stay in Chicago.
00:40 And he's gotta now hire a new OC and a new DC, new offensive and
00:45 defensive coordinator.
00:46 So he, and the point being, that smells like keeping Justin Fields, right?
00:52 Because if you were gonna start fresh with Caleb Williams as your quarterback,
00:56 and like a new era of Chicago Bear football.
01:00 Wouldn't you wanna start everything fresh,
01:02 like start your new quarterback with a new coach, do everything like that, Joe?
01:06 Doesn't it seem like they're gonna keep him now?
01:08 >> Yes, it does.
01:09 And you don't want Iberflues coaching up a player like Caleb Williams, Drake May,
01:13 Jaden Daniels, I don't care.
01:15 Michael Pinnock, whoever you get, if you were gonna draft the quarterback.
01:19 So that's not the guy, look at what he did in terms of this offense.
01:23 I understand the defense is good, Carver.
01:25 But look at what they did in the draft.
01:27 Now that Iberflues is here, you have to draft offensive talent.
01:31 If you're keeping Fields, which it looks like they do,
01:34 you gotta get a Marvin Harrison Jr.
01:36 Got Marvin Harrison Jr., DJ Moore.
01:39 Now you're cooking with fire, baby.
01:41 I mean, they have to draft offensive weapons or
01:45 address more of it in terms of free agency.
01:48 Again, I never thought the play calling was good from an offensive perspective.
01:53 Defensively, they got better once they added sweat to that front seven.
01:57 But again, the defense was never really the issue.
02:01 It was developing Justin Fields and developing the offense, and
02:05 they haven't done that.
02:06 >> Yeah, Joe, I think if you're gonna do that, obviously you need to get,
02:11 I mean, I'm gonna say Harrison Jr.
02:14 You can't go too far down, Joe, if you want him.
02:17 I mean- >> No, you gotta get a playmaker.
02:21 >> Right, right.
02:22 But I'm saying you can't fall that far down the board.
02:25 There's gonna be teams that wanna get to that one.
02:28 I mean, we saw Carolina do it from ten last year and go up to one.
02:32 But I don't think you can go that far.
02:35 What's the drop off from Harrison Jr.
02:39 to neighbors, if you were, say, picking eight, nine, or ten?
02:42 Is there that much of a big drop off?
02:44 >> No, not me.
02:45 And look at the pedigree.
02:47 We always talk about the pedigree and the lineage of LSU.
02:51 >> LSU receivers have gotten it done.
02:53 >> O.B.J., Justin Jeffers, and Jermall Chase, Malik Neighbors set the school record.
02:59 He set the school record by just three.
03:02 That's how good he was.
03:03 So we gotta see if Brian Thomas stays.
03:06 That's another name.
03:07 He's a bigger body.
03:09 Right now it looks like he's staying in Baton Rouge.
03:11 But Malik Neighbors, if you get Neighbors or Marvin Harrison,
03:16 that's a significant upgrade with DJ Moore.
03:20 I would say Harrison is probably a better fit in Chicago
03:24 just because of playing at Ohio State a little bit cold weather.
