00:10 OK, so my name's Kim. I've been working for Nationwide in Corsham for the last 38 years.
00:15 So I joined at the age of 21 and I've just always worked in this branch.
00:21 Yeah, I've just had a really lovely time here. Always worked with really nice people.
00:25 That's what's kept me here. Lovely customers. Yeah, got to know people really well over the years.
00:31 Yeah, so it's been a long and happy time here.
00:34 Excellent. And in regards of... sorry, how many years have you been here?
00:38 38 almost, yes.
00:40 So you've seen a lot of changes happening?
00:42 I have. I mean, I've grown up here, but yeah, lots of changes. Lots of people have come and gone.
00:46 We've had branches that have been refurbed a few times. We've merged with various different organisations.
00:51 So yes, there has been a lot of changes over that time. But yeah, biggest thing is just the people I've worked with over the years.
00:57 They've always just been more like coming to work to be with friends rather than actually working.
01:01 And I think that's the sort of family side of things. It's been almost like working for the family.
01:06 So it's been... yeah, that's been really nice. Yeah.
01:09 Excellent. And finally, so last day, how did you feel when...
01:14 Very emotional. Very emotional.
01:17 It was weird driving into work this morning thinking this is the last time I'll be doing this route for this particular reason.
01:23 I've been overwhelmed by the amount of gifts and nice words I've had from customers and my colleagues.
01:28 And yeah, it's just been an amazing day so far.
01:31 So yeah, I feel really, really blessed and really, really appreciated, which has been nice.
01:36 Excellent.
01:37 Thank you.
