Steamhammer - album Speech 1972

  • 7 mesi fa
In their fourth album "Speech" Steamhammer take a step or two away from warm-sounding psych blues rock of the previous albums. The band had some lineup changes, and recruited among others the bassist Louis Cennamono. "Speech" consists of three lengthy tracks, including the extended work "Penumbra"divided in 5 movements, the nasty aggressive 12 minutes of "Telegram" and the 10 minute mostly drumming solo "For against".

Martin Pugh - guitars, vocals.
Garth Warr-Roy - vocals.
Louis Cennamono - bass, bowed bass, vocals.
Mick Bradley - drums.

Penumbra: Entrance/Battlements/Passage to remorse/Sightless substance/Mortal thought.
Telegram (Nature's mischief).
For against.
