00:00 One more for you Mike Fisher. Let's talk about the Seattle Seahawks without Pete Carroll.
00:05 An era ends. What do you see happening there in Seattle?
00:09 And then Pete says he's not necessarily done coaching if somebody will have him.
00:13 Yeah, now at age 72, not unlike Belichick,
00:16 see here's the thing, Pete Carroll doesn't have sycophants and water carriers.
00:20 Trying to build his, he's just gonna go apply for a job.
00:23 Unlike Belichick who's orchestrating like a puppeteer, the media, to get jobs come chasing him.
00:29 As soon as that announcement was made, I got a text from somebody in the know saying
00:35 Dan Quinn is jumping to the top of the Seattle wish list.
00:40 And of course he's a Super Bowl coordinator there, has been a Super Bowl head coach,
00:45 and here in Dallas has been outstanding in turning around the Dallas defense.
00:48 So Dan Quinn to Seattle, that is, if you want to put a penny on it, that's where I would put my penny.
00:54 I also feel like when we talk to some of the players in the Cowboys locker room about
00:58 hey, if this is potentially Dan Quinn's last postseason here with the Dallas Cowboys, how do you feel?
01:04 Seems like most of the players are excited for him, okay with it.
01:08 There seems to be like an acknowledgement of Dan Quinn has done such a great job here.
01:12 He's earned the opportunity to be a head coach.
01:15 And he's such a leader of men and he's so genuine and we know that in our dealings with him.
01:20 He's been terrific with me and he's been terrific with Micah Parsons more importantly.
01:24 And Parsons is the leader in that clubhouse saying if this is our last ride together, let's go win for Quinn.
01:31 Micah also by the way said if he goes somewhere, maybe I'll go with him.
01:35 And of course that created a firestorm. That's not the way NFL contracts work.
01:39 Dan Quinn might be going to Seattle, but no, Micah Parsons is not signing with the Seahawks.
