00:22 if the residents are to pay a fine of P5,000 as an administrative penalty, and a corrective measure is required within three days,
00:32 according to their record, more than 500 individuals were issued a notice of violation last year,
00:40 and almost 400 of them paid a fine.
00:44 The only violation is the disposal of liquid waste from sewer lines and black ponds,
00:53 littering and dumping of animal dung in the water.
00:58 Attorney Divas also explained that even the discharges from kitchens and backyards
