00:22 As an associate nation, we have an ultimate goal as a team to beat Test Nations first

00:28 of all and then Super 6.

00:30 And it's a huge responsibility being as a captain and top order batsman to win the matches

00:35 So looking forward to that.

00:36 What is your leadership style?

00:40 It's a bit of aggressive, I guess.

00:43 Not that much, but I like to calm things in the ground, calm the players and motivate

00:50 So, yeah.

00:51 Team Nepal, what would you list as your strengths in this tournament?

00:57 There are many.

00:58 First of all, the happy dressing room, I guess.

01:01 The culture we are bringing from the senior team.

01:03 So the happy dressing room is one of our main strengths.

01:07 And everyone has different style and role in the team.

01:13 And everyone is keen for that role.

01:16 As a unit, what are you looking to achieve in this tournament?

01:21 First Super 6, anyhow, and then beating some Test playing nations in this World Cup.

01:28 What is the cricket landscape like back home and what will it mean to the people of your

01:33 country for you and the rest of Team Nepal to do well?

01:36 Everybody knows, I guess, the craze of cricket in Nepal.

01:40 You know, the amount of number, the people back there who love cricket.

01:45 So it's a huge fan base back in Nepal.

01:49 And because of them, we are very motivated always.

01:53 They came in every situation.

01:56 There is one photo as well in the ICC page that it's raining but the crowd is still there

02:01 holding the umbrella and it went viral.

02:04 So the craze in Nepal is unpredictable.

02:08 But at the same time, we as a player, you know, want to win the matches for the country
