Rubbish dumped at Philadelphia Holocaust memorial in second vandalism incident in days

A Holocaust memorial has been vandalized a second time after someone dumped trashed at the site days after a swastika was painted on a nearby wall.

00:00 Somebody dumped a trash can at the base of the Holocaust monument in Center City.
00:05 The Horowitz Wasserman Holocaust Memorial Plaza shows that there's video of the trash all over the base of that right there.
00:12 Now the police and Homeland Security are investigating.
00:15 There was also some hateful vandalism over the weekend.
00:19 This is video as it occurred of that suspect painting a swastika at around 2 o'clock in the morning.
00:26 People have a right to live and what they don't want is people to live.
00:31 You know, and so what they do is they spew hate, you know, and it's just it just don't make any sense to me.
00:40 The hatred's got to stop.
00:43 David Adelman of the Sixer says it's personal and he is partnering with the Citizens Crime Commission to figure out who that suspect is
00:50 and offer a reward to anyone who has information.
00:53 He says, "To know that a plaza that was named for my grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, was vandalized with such hate
