00:06 tells us China's a competitor,

00:09 I dealt with China every single day

00:11 at the United Nations.

00:13 They never saw us as a competitor.

00:15 They always saw us as an enemy.

00:18 That's why we have to look at them

00:19 the way they look at us.

00:21 But how do we deal with China?

00:23 Well, you start by stopping the sale

00:25 of any Chinese land and

00:26 taking back the land they already

00:28 purchased.

00:34 >> We go to our universities and

00:36 we say you either take foreign money

00:38 or you take American money.

00:39 But the days of taking both are over

00:41 and you get that infiltration out of

00:42 our schools.

00:43 [APPLAUSE]

00:47 >> We tell China we're gonna end all

00:49 normal trade relations with them until

00:52 they stop murdering Americans with

00:54 fentanyl.

00:55 And if that means making sure that we

00:56 take our special operations and

00:58 handle it ourselves on the Mexican
