00:00 >> What was it like getting through the process of getting through that graduating
00:03 and getting the school work done?
00:05 >> It was definitely stressful, cuz pretty much at the time I was taking six
00:09 classes already.
00:10 So then kinda what the high school had me do is take three extra online classes to
00:15 kinda pretty much take care of my senior year.
00:18 So it was definitely stressful during the time, but it's for sure worth it.
00:22 I'm very glad I did it.
00:23 >> Yeah, what's it like?
00:24 I mean, you turned 17 in September?
00:28 >> June.
00:28 >> In June.
00:29 >> Yeah. >> And
00:29 Michael's 23?
00:31 >> Yeah.
00:32 >> What's that difference in age been like between you and
00:35 some of these guys that have been around six years?
00:38 >> It's definitely a little surreal to me cuz I'm still very young and
00:42 pretty much a lot of people on the team have been here for five, six years.
00:47 So I would say usually a lot of people would think it's very different, but
00:50 especially with Mike, he's been great.
00:53 He's really helped me out on team.
00:55 Really, he's really been someone I look up to a lot and kinda just sit behind him and
01:00 pretty much just watch how he operates.
01:03 So that's definitely been a real, real help for me.
01:05 >> What was it like?
01:07 I mean, you got some reps in fall camp.
01:10 Sounds like maybe you got some reps in there throughout the season.
01:13 I mean, did you think that you'd be kinda that involved in practice at times?
01:18 >> I kinda didn't really have any expectations coming in here.
01:21 So it's definitely really cool to eventually get in there and
01:25 kinda just pretty much feel it out.
01:28 So yeah, it was really cool.
01:29 >> Yeah, they've referred to you as kinda the quarterback of the future,
01:33 the coaching staff, and I think maybe even your teammates.
01:36 How do you feel about that?
01:37 >> It's definitely an honor to have all these coaches,
01:42 all my teammates really expect that much of me and to see that potential.
01:48 But at the end of the day, it's always about the team.
01:50 It's always about pretty much next man up.
01:52 So, yep.
