00:07 So Northern Soul the name came about just went through brainstorming and we were thinking about obviously puns with fish names

00:15 So we got soul and we remembered Wigan is famous for its Northern Soul scene

00:19 So it just seemed to fit and we thought you know

00:21 We'd hit the jackpot with that name really and it's gone doing really well with

00:24 People coming around posing for photos under the sign and just having a good laugh of it. So yeah, it's it's been a success

00:32 Do you do any dancing while you make the fish and chips?

00:34 I don't the other two the other staff might do yeah the ones who are serving

00:39 so I think they need some work on the dance moves though, but

00:42 Yeah, we'll work on that. So we offer all the traditional

00:46 fish and chip shop items, fish, chips

00:49 sausages, pudding, pies

00:52 And we're also we're doing burgers and we've just launched our kebabs now

00:56 So we're looking to you know diversify slightly but obviously offer the traditional fish and chip menu
