So much exciting new news and products coming out of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week. We are learning that the electric bike industry is booming with sales topping over two billion dollars in the U.S. alone and as Jillian Lopez found out, one of China’s top manufacturers is rolling out e-bikes that are targeted for Arizona. 00:00 So much exciting news about products that have come out of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas last week.
00:06 And we're learning that the e-bike or electric bike industry is booming with sales topping over $2 billion in the U.S. alone.
00:14 And Jillian Lopez found out one of the Chinese top manufacturers is rolling out e-bikes that are targeted for Arizona.

00:29 IMA hosted its first global press conference of 2024, unveiling a mysterious debut model that represents high-tech and future travel.
00:38 IMA Technology is celebrating three significant milestones.
00:41 Its first time exhibiting at CES here in Las Vegas, its first international press conference,
00:46 and its first global product launch, introducing the HiHawk, the first straddle electric bike for young people.
00:53 The moment you're on it, I feel like I'm 12 years old again.
00:59 It takes off. You feel the speed. You know, it gets the fun, exciting speed, all the features we want.

01:08 There's many technologies that's implemented into this product.
01:13 And also the price point is super friendly. It's the future of electric, right?
01:17 So that's why, you know, we have strong faith and belief in this industry.
01:21 In its first appearance at CES, IMA aligns with the show's focus on sustainable development and mobile technology.
01:28 I came here and I was like blown away. This was like the showstopper. Like I was just like blown away.
01:33 We sell a ton of e-mobility and like electric bikes.
01:37 We see the trends like as they come and also in the future.
01:40 And so like this thing has certain feature specs like 72 volt battery, longer range.
01:46 Like our customers are looking for something that's going to take you a little bit further than an e-bike, but not as much as like a motorcycle.
01:52 The new HiHawk is a sleek design that has a hidden embedded display.
01:56 Futuristic seat design with suspended air cushion, front and rear dual barrels, digital matrix headlights with luminous eye,
02:04 digital matrix taillight, coarse tires and responsive front and back disc brakes.
02:10 It's very simple for the U.S. market because, you know, this product we designed based on our analysis to the local consumers, local market.
02:20 And a lot of feedback for them.
02:22 IMA invites global audiences to witness the power of Made in China.
02:27 This event showcased IMA's strength as an advanced green travel technology and fashion company,
02:32 its commitment to sustainable development and its tribute to green fashion travel.

02:39 It's a very refined. It looks it looks more technologically advanced than we've seen the last couple of years.

02:45 We're looking to, you know, anywhere within six month range to launch officially in the United States.
