Jonny Drury caught up with Albion fans after another frustrating away day at Carrow Road.
Carlos Corberan's men had a chance to put a bigger buffer between themselves and the play-off chasing pack in Norfolk.
But they found themselves behind at the break as Josh Sargent fired the Canaries ahead.
And despite chances for Albion in the second period, they were caught on the break 19 minutes from time with Jonathan Rowe firing home.

00:00 Dave Richard, another not great day on the road. What was missing from Albie today? What
00:12 went wrong? I think a lack of passion. And the main thing, it's too much pushing back.
00:16 Yeah, like I'm a long way away from home. I just don't seem to have the confidence to
00:21 play. It's like in football, it's just too slow. And if you just go for something, just
00:27 go forward. If you see some sideways, backwards, sideways, backwards, you just don't seem to
00:33 believe anything then. Nobody knows how to break anybody down. It seems to me that, even
00:37 at home, when teams put ten men behind the ball, we don't know how to break them down.
00:43 The best way for football to see this season is against Preston, when they actually attacked
00:48 us and left plenty of spaces at the back. And we exploited that, but we just don't seem
00:53 to know how to break teams down. Not brave enough to go two up top. One nil down. We
00:57 should have gone two up top, attacked. And the last 20 minutes, we played like we were
01:01 two nil up against ten men. We just strung around the pitch. Just not aggressive enough
01:06 or positive enough. Everything's backwards, sideways. Disappointing day today. I thought
01:10 we started right, sort of ten minutes first, ten minutes or so. Didn't really have too
01:15 many chances and they hit us with the pass and counter-punch, I think. After that, we
01:19 dominated the ball, dominated territory, but they were happy to sit in. I think we just
01:23 lacked a lot of cutting edge today. Didn't really create many great chances. Just seemed
01:29 a bit off the ball overall, I think. There just seems to be no urgency away from home.
01:35 We just seem to play so deep. We just seem to pass the ball around at the back. We go
01:39 forward, then it comes back out again. It's just totally different at home than it is
01:46 away. If we don't change, we're going to drop out of the playoffs.
01:49 The away form is a real concern. It's four defeats in five on the road. I think they've
01:52 only won four games out of 14 on the road. I know it's early, but is there a bit of a
01:56 concern that that might cost Alby in a playoff spot come the end of the season if it doesn't
01:59 turn around?
02:00 Yeah, definitely. When at home form, it's good. But away form is patchy at best. We
02:08 just don't seem to know how to break teams down away from home. If they sit in, ten men
02:15 behind the ball, we just don't seem to have a clue. It's slow, it's very laboured.
02:21 The teams can set up, defend how they want to, play how they want to. Nobody gets the
02:28 ball, goes right and takes a player on, runs at him, takes a couple of players out of the
02:32 game. They're always looking for somebody else to take responsibility.
02:39 There's no plan B, is there? We've got plan A. If it doesn't work, stick to plan A.
02:42 There's no plan B today. We should have gone two up top, one down. Be a bit more aggressive,
02:47 a bit more positive, more forward balls. You know, Jed Wallace has put more crosses in
02:50 than any other player in the Championship. Who's he going to pass it to today?
02:54 Yeah, I think so. I said to my friend earlier, I think we're relying on our home form massively
02:58 to keep us in the top six. I don't know what the formula is, I don't know what the answer
03:02 is. But yeah, I think we definitely need to try and prevent things like we have for the
03:06 rest of the season.
03:07 Well, he could well do in the long run. We've got to get the two full-backs as well. Townsend
03:12 and Furlong, they are poor. If it doesn't change, it's going to be a touchy go. We'll
03:18 stay in the top six.
03:19 You know, positives. There's not many positives to take. We saw Andy Viamond off the bench
03:22 half-time, a new option. He came on for a week, so I thought he had a poor first half.
03:25 But could he make a little bit of a difference there? Give you something different going
03:29 forward?
03:30 Yeah, well hopefully. Obviously, it's the early days. You're the main boat now. Obviously,
03:36 any player that comes to the Albion, you'd like to give them a chance anyway, wouldn't
03:40 you? I wouldn't know Zik's that bit of play or not.
03:42 X-Walls as well.
03:44 Yeah, X-Walls as well. So you're thinking, "Oh, I know." But over the years, we know
03:50 he's a decent player. So hopefully he can provide something for us.
03:54 He'll be all right. But the two substitutions, like the centre, we turn you all down, bring
04:00 us centre-half, centre-half. You've got Furlong on the bench. You've got more options attacking
04:05 and it just seems a bit of strength substitutions. But it is what it is.
04:09 Yeah, it wasn't a huge amount today. I thought we looked generally comfortable. I don't think
04:12 Norwich were overly threatening. They had a couple of chances. But I think Shalabar actually
04:17 did quite well. He had a good game when he came on second half. But yeah, I think you
04:20 have to find it under another bad day in the preseason.
04:23 I suppose that's the only saving grace for it, really. Lyman coming in and DK. Hopefully,
04:29 he can start in the not-too-distant future. But they need one or two more players as well.
04:33 They really do. Especially in full-back because I think Furlong in terms of probably the weak
04:38 links. And again, two goals have come through transition down our left-hand side. Furlong's
04:44 nowhere to be seen. He's either tucked in too far or he's outright. He's a bit tricked
04:51 in between. So yeah, things have got to change.
