00:00 In these days we pray especially for the unity of Christians and we are not tired of invoking the Lord for peace in Ukraine, in Israel, in Palestine and in many other parts of the world.
00:16 The weakest are suffering from this lack. I think of the little ones, of the many children who have been wounded and killed, of those deprived of affection, deprived of dreams and of a future. We feel the responsibility of praying and building peace for them.
00:38 I have taken with pain the news of the kidnapping in Haiti of a group of people, including six religious people. In asking for a release, I pray for social harmony in the country and invite everyone to stop the violence that causes so much suffering to that dear population.
