00:03 Six years now with Patrick Mahomes as the starting quarterback boomer and
00:07 six AFC Championship game appearances.
00:10 In your estimation, how would you describe this six year run
00:15 Casey is seeing with Mahomes as it's starting QB?
00:17 >> Well, it's incredible.
00:20 It's not Tom Brady-esque just yet, but he's getting close.
00:23 I think Tom had eight straight AFC champions.
00:25 This is gonna be his sixth.
00:27 And who better to go into Baltimore and try to beat that defense and
00:31 that team than the best quarterback in the league?
00:33 And that is Patrick Mahomes.
00:35 He's unflappable.
00:36 Watching him last week, I think they ran only 43 real plays.
00:40 I think there were four kneel downs that they had.
00:43 And they should have had 34 points if McColl Hardman doesn't fumble the ball
00:46 out of the end zone.
00:47 Think about the efficiency, the explosiveness, the over 20 yard plays
00:51 that they were able to run in Buffalo in front of that fan base
00:55 under those conditions.
00:57 They didn't have one false start.
00:59 This wasn't like Houston going into Baltimore last week with a rookie
01:02 quarterback, a shaky offensive line, guys jumping off sides, pre-snap penalties.
01:07 You could see just what it takes to win a game on the road and
01:11 how difficult it is to do that.
01:13 And that's why I think this game going into Baltimore with Patrick Mahomes
01:17 is so interesting because you have two of the best defenses in football.
01:21 And Baltimore, I think, got the ball 31 times on turnovers on defense during
01:25 the regular season.
01:27 It's one of the reasons why they were able to blow out so
01:29 many good teams this year.
01:31 The one thing that the Chiefs don't do is they don't turn the ball over,
01:34 especially in big games.
01:36 That's not been their MO, and it's certainly not gonna be the MO for
01:39 them going into this game against Baltimore.
