00:00 Hello people, in another episode of Bachelors cooking i welcome you all to my channel Rubina.
00:21 And today we are going to make, think what we are going to make? Today we are going to make Peas and Potatoes. Yes, tasty and tasty Peas and Potatoes.
00:30 Without wasting any time, let's go to the ingredients.
00:34 First of all, we have 1 cup of Peas, boiled and cut potatoes, lemon juice, curry leaves, coriander for garnishing, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, water, 1 glass.
00:59 And most importantly our oil. So, let's start our recipe.
01:04 First of all oil.
01:06 Enough, let the oil get heated.
01:14 So, our oil is heated, now we are going to add curry leaves.
01:22 Our curry leaves are done, now we are going to add cumin seeds. 1 table spoon.
01:29 Mix it well.
01:38 Now we are going to add our peas.
01:44 Mix it well.
01:47 Now we are going to add our potatoes.
02:03 Now we are going to add our red chilli powder. 1 table spoon.
02:13 Turmeric powder.
02:17 1/2 table spoon.
02:21 Salt as per taste.
02:30 Coriander powder. 2 table spoon.
02:33 Mix it well.
02:45 Now we are going to add our chopped ginger. 1 table spoon.
02:54 Mix it well.
03:07 Masala is cooked well and it is smelling good in the kitchen.
03:15 Now I am going to add our garam masala powder.
03:22 1 table spoon.
03:25 Along with this we are going to add lemon juice. 1 to 2 table spoon.
03:38 I have added 2 table spoon.
03:42 Mix it well.
03:49 Now we are going to add at least 1/2 glass of water. So that our peas will get cooked.
03:56 1/2 to 1/4 glass as per your requirement.
04:02 Now we have to cook it in the lid for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
04:06 So that our peas will get cooked and our masala will get absorbed well.
04:13 So, after 5 minutes our peas are ready.
04:19 Let's see how is our dish.
04:22 Hmm... smells so good as always.
04:26 Our dish is almost ready. One thing is left.
04:38 Our green coriander. Do add it.
04:43 And cook it well for 1 to 2 minutes.
04:47 And our aloo matar is ready to serve.
