Danielle Gregory, a member of the Be Well team, leads the Dance Fitness class. A fun way to work up a sweat with a salsa or a rhythmic rumba with the easy-to-follow steps, every Tuesday morning at Hindley Leisure Centre.

00:20 going to be taking the ladies through a couple of Latin styles, literally going through all
00:24 different parts of the body, getting that energy up. Nice thing to do on a Tuesday morning.
00:29 It's completely accessible for anybody. If you've never danced before, if you've seen
00:34 Strictly Come Dancing, it's a good idea to come and give it a go. It doesn't matter if
00:38 you've got the right leg, left leg, wrong leg, it's all about having fun.
