00:00 The second day of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s state visit to Vietnam was marked.
00:06 At a welcome ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi,
00:10 the President of the Vietnamese President, Ngo Van Thung, warmly welcomed the President.

00:25 where the President thanked the Vietnamese President for the opportunity to deepen the friendship between the two countries.
