00:20 Hi Smart Painting Fam!
00:22 I'm Judy Santiago Aladdin and welcome to another episode of SP Guide.
00:26 Today we're here at the Zubik Safari and joining us today is my family!
00:31 So let's check out the tigers here at the first and only Tiger Safari in the Philippines.
00:36 Let's go!
00:37 Only two and a half hours away from Metro Manila,
00:42 Zubik Safari promises a thrilling wildlife adventure for the whole family.
00:47 Zubik Safari gives you the chance to get up close and personal with the animals.
00:52 That's why we're so excited!
00:54 [Music]
00:58 First stop, the Serpentarium.
01:01 Here you can say hello to cold-blooded creatures like spiders, lizards, iguanas and even geckos.
01:08 And of course you'll meet the Slytherin Kings from a safe distance.
01:13 So Elsa, what did you like in the Serpentarium?
01:18 I like the lizards and the snakes.
01:21 A smart painting tip, please do not tap on the glass or extend your hands because the animals might bite you.
01:28 Zubik Safari also has a show area hosting a variety of shows on weekends.
01:37 Definitely a treat for everyone!
01:39 Our next stop, Zubik Park.
01:45 Zubik Park gives off the tropical jungle feels as you meet animals from all over the world.
01:51 [Music]
02:09 Oink, oink, oink!
02:10 [Music]
02:13 Here you can touch, pet and even feed some of them.
02:17 [Music]
02:23 Next stop is the Bird Walk.
02:25 Filled with different kinds of birds, big and small.
02:28 And it's home to some dangerous ones like the Cassowary.
02:33 Guests can have their pictures taken with the birds.
02:41 And the best part, it's time to eat!
02:44 Yay!
02:48 Okay, so what did you like about the Zubik Park?
02:52 Did you like feeding the birds?
02:54 Yeah? Okay.
02:55 It was so ticklish.
02:57 It was so ticklish.
02:59 So, tip for mommies, always bring cash.
03:02 Like 50 or 100 so you can pay for the feeding or photo-op with the animals.
03:11 Of course, we won't be left behind.
03:15 It's lunchtime!
03:17 The adventure continues, SPFAM!
03:24 On our way to the next stop, we were able to see more animals along this area they call the Savannah.
03:30 A smart parenting tip, it's a plus to bring a vehicle when you visit Zubik Safari
03:35 so you can travel from one attraction to another with ease.
03:38 Here it is, Lion Close Encounter.
03:46 Close Encounter because today, we'll get to feed a lion!
03:50 So we're here at the Lion Close Encounter and Elsa's going to feed Mima, a Liger.
03:57 Which is a crossbreed of lion and tiger.
04:01 Okay, let's feed her.
04:03 Are you sure you want to do it?
04:05 Oh, you can hold it.
04:06 Hold it.
04:07 Hold, hold, hold.
04:08 Here, here, here.
04:09 Wow!
04:10 Wow!
04:13 SP Trivia, did you know that lions are one of the laziest animals?
04:19 And they can rest up to 18 to 20 hours per day.
04:23 Sana all!
04:25 We're also in for a special treat because we'll get to hear them roar up close.
04:30 Yay!
04:39 Okay, did you know, Nanay really enjoyed feeding the lion.
04:43 It's my first time to do that with you.
04:46 And I also appreciate the tour guides who gave us trivias along the way.
04:52 Next stop, Croco Loco.
04:55 We'll go with Steve Irwin first and interact with over 200 crocodiles.
05:00 Exciting as we had to cross a steel walkway with snapping creatures just below us.
05:05 Yikes!
05:06 And since we're already here, we're going to feed the crocodiles with some chicken.
05:11 [Chicken slurping]
05:15 So finally, this is what we've been waiting for, the tiger close encounter.
05:30 So we're going to ride one of those jeeps and we're going to feed a whole bucket of chicken to a tiger.
05:37 Yay!
05:38 Are you excited?
05:39 Yeah!
05:40 Woo!
05:41 Let's go!
05:42 Let's go!
05:43 And our favorite part of the trip, the tiger close encounter.
05:52 The tiger close encounter experience is a 5 to 10 minute jeepney ride where a personal will feed the tiger a bucket of chicken.
05:59 It's so bumpy and fun!
06:01 It's so bumpy and fun!
06:03 They have two tigers, brothers Tom and Jerry.
06:06 For today, we're going to feed Jerry.
06:09 Wow!
06:10 Wow!
06:11 Oh my!
06:12 Wow!
06:13 Let's go!
06:14 Yay!
06:15 Jerry!
06:17 And we need this.
06:18 Whoa!
06:19 Jerry even rode the jeepney.
06:23 Wow!
06:24 Wow!
06:25 Wow!
06:26 Jerry!
06:27 Wow!
06:29 Jerry!
06:38 So we're happy!
06:40 We are happy with my family, daddy and mama.
06:44 Yay!
06:45 You're happy that you saw the tigers?
06:47 Yeah!
06:48 Do you recommend other kids to go here?
06:50 Yeah.
06:51 And feed the tiger too?
06:52 Yeah.
06:53 It's so surreal that the tiger can be so close to you, you can see it eating chicken.
06:59 How about you daddy?
07:00 It's fun because it's family bonding and it's a different experience that you can't experience on a normal day.
07:07 So since the kids enjoy it, the parents enjoy it too.
07:12 Yay!
07:13 So this tiger close encounter is highly recommended.
07:16 So now we're done with our Zubik Safari Tour and we're here to share what we really liked about the whole experience.
07:33 So how about you Elsa?
07:34 What do you like most?
07:36 I like the tigers.
07:38 The tigers.
07:40 Close encounter with the tigers.
07:41 Did you have fun?
07:42 How many stars will you give Zubik Safari?
07:46 3 stars.
07:47 3 stars!
07:50 Do you think other kids will also love this place?
07:53 Yeah.
07:54 Yeah, okay.
07:56 I suggest to bring sunscreen, caps and of course your water.
08:02 Water to stay hydrated.
08:04 So very helpful if you bring your vehicle because you cannot do the whole tour just by walking.
08:10 So you should bring a vehicle.
08:12 Second, you should bring extra cash because not all the attractions can be paid via e-wallet or credit card.
08:21 There's an available night safari option but for us, we highly prefer the daytime tour because you can see the tigers and the lions up close.
08:32 The main difference of Zubik Safari from all the other zoos that I've been into is that here, since it's their natural habitat, they're very active, really interacting with the guests.
08:43 The experience is different because you get to experience everything first hand unlike in the other zoos.
08:49 Here you can feed them, you can pet them, you can actually interact with them.
08:54 Today, this experience made me very happy today.
09:00 Are you gonna remember this experience?
09:03 Yes.
09:04 If you want to have the same experience, you can book via their website or book via Klook to get discounts and promos.
09:12 So bye bye for today's video and don't forget to like, share and subscribe.
09:18 Subscribe, share and give a thumbs up.
09:20 So, bye bye!
09:23 Bye!
